Provider and responsible person

The same person at the same address is responsible for the content under § 18 (2) MStV.

Legal form

Natural person, not a registered company. Not entered in the commercial register, so there is no registry court and no registration number.

VAT

No VAT identification number under § 27a UStG is held.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

What BuyProof is — and what it is not

All prices come from our own measurements at the stated time. What counts is always the price at the shop at the moment you order. No guarantee can be given that an individual figure is still current.

Liability for links

Linked shops are third-party content over which we have no influence; the respective provider is responsible for it. No legal violations were apparent when the link was created. Permanent monitoring without a specific reason does not take place; we remove a link once we learn of an infringement.
